The Shawnee Homebuilders Assocation had some very special guests to attend their September meeting.

Jim Collard, Shawnee City Manager, spoke to SHBA members about his background, why he came to Shawnee, and his visions and goals for the future of Shawnee.

Also representing our city were Mayor Chuck Mills and Mike Southard, Planning Director.

SHBA members and the visiting city officials discussed building permit prices prior to the meeting.
